SHIPPING POLICY

Every ADVN product is made to order, especially for you. Once you place an order, we produce your piece and dispatch it within 2–4 business days. You will receive tracking details by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timelines (after dispatch):

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.

Shipping charges:

• FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999 carry a shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship within India only.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct — we cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will re-attempt; if the package returns to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
