Welcome to ADVN — Advance Wear With New Era. By using this online store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products:

• ADVN sells original graphic apparel, made to order for each customer.
• Product images on this store are representations of the design. Minor variations in colour between what you see on screen and the printed garment can occur, as screens and fabrics render colour differently.
• We work hard to keep product descriptions, sizes and prices accurate, and we correct errors as soon as we find them.

Pricing & payment:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed (or, for cash-on-delivery orders where offered, after order confirmation).

Orders:

• You will receive an order confirmation by email/SMS after placing your order.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product cannot be produced, if payment fails or appears fraudulent, or if pricing was listed in error.
• Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and the Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy published on this store.

Intellectual property:

• All artwork, graphics, logos and designs on this store are the property of ADVN and are protected by law. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Liability:

• To the extent permitted by law, ADVN's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
